MCP  OPERATING  LLC

MCP Operating is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of MCP Asset Development Group. Today, MCP Operating provides Management Services and Field Operations for Starfish Pipeline Company and the Van Hook Gathering System. The company consists of 30 knowledgeable and experienced personnel, who together operate over 400 miles of gathering and transportation pipelines, separation/treating facilities, compression, and dehydration. We operate pipeline systems in diverse producing basins including onshore shale and offshore Gulf of Mexico. Commodities serviced on our systems include; natural gas, crude oil, condensate, produced water and freshwater. Our team also provides back-office services, which include; gas control, measurement accounting, scheduling and nominations, billing, credit and risk management, asset accounting, and FERC reporting/compliance.
