Dale Miller – President
Mr. Miller has over 30 years of experience in the upstream and midstream industries, working for natural gas pipeline companies in both a technical and commercial capacity. Mr. Miller’s career began at the Houston Pipeline Company, a midstream company that owns, leases, and operates natural gas gathering, transportation, and storage operations in Texas. During this time, he held various positions from regional operations engineer to technical operations manager. Building on his success, Mr. Miller managed midstream asset development projects including domestic and international pipelines, processing plants, crude and refine product terminals, and provided advisory services to producers, midstream MLPs, private-equity investors, and institutions.
Peter S. Maitala – Executive V.P.
Mr. Maitala brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and telecommunications, with extensive expertise of corporate finance and strategic capital investment. He most recently served as Executive Director for a leading Middle East investment bank, with responsibility for developing its M&A advisory business. He brings significant understanding of international investment gained from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. As Vice President for Lucent Technologies Inc., he led their international business in 10 countries. Mr Maitala holds an MBA from Cranfield Management School, England and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Loughborough University, England.
Sebastian Smith – V.P. Field Services
Mr Smith has over 20 years of experience in acquisition and development of oil & gas assets in Louisiana and Texas. From 2017-2020 he was Managing Director of Petro-Smith Operating, which provides field maintenance and construction services to independent pipeline companies in North America. He attended the University of New Orleans.
