The pipeline system extends from the offshore blocks of High Island, West Cameron, East Cameron, Vermillion and Garden Banks north to onshore southern Louisiana and connects with the Targa-owned Barracuda gas processing plant, and 3 interstate and 1 intrastate pipeline. |
